Parker Hochdruck No-Skive Armaturen - Serie 70 Preßarmaturen für Hochdruck No-Skive 2-Lagen Compact und Multispiral-Schlauch.

Parker Parkrimp No-Skive Hochdruck-Pressarmaturen der Serie 70 sind kompatibel mit der entsprechenden Parkrimp No-Skive Schlauchpalette. Zusammen mit den bewährten Parkrimp No-Skive Schlauchpressen, ist die Parkrimp No-Skive Technologie überall im Markt als das montagefreundlichste und präziseste System zum Konfektionieren von Schlauchleitungen anerkannt. Durch die formschlüssige Verbindung von Schlauch und Armatur (Gummi und Metall) bleibt der Druckträger unversehrt. Dieses No-Skive (nicht schälen) Verfahren eliminiert vorzeitigen Ausfall des Hydraulikschlauches bedingt durch etwa zu langes oder zu kurzes Abschälen der Schlauch-Außenschicht. Die Armaturen der Serie 70 haben einen Chrom-6-freien Oberflächenschutz und werden eingesetzt mit den Schlauchtypen 371LT (3-Lagen Niedertemperatur Compact-Schlauch), 372 (3-Lagen Compact Schlauch mit 4SP Betriebsdruck-Werten) 372RH (3-Lagen Compact Schlauch mit feuerhemmender Außenschicht), 372TC (3-Lagen Compact-Schlauch mit 4SP Betriebsdruckwerten und hochabriebfester synthetischer Gummi-Außenschicht nach MSHA Spezifikation) sowie 701 (Multispiralschlauch mit 4 Spirallagen aus hochzugfestem Stahldraht).
Parker erfüllt damit gleichzeitig die Anforderungen der SAE J1273 und der ISO17165-2, die ein besonderes Augenmerk auf das abgestimmte System von Schlauch und Armaturen und die vom Hersteller geprüfte Kompatibilität legen.
